training for lumps

ok... so as most of the races over here seem to be on lumps I need to get better at doing these... I guess the only way to do it is develop a bit more muscle in the leg...? Or do I need more wind?

Either way... it looks like interval training is going to be the way to go with it. But probably longer intervals of about 90 seconds or so at near full tilt.

hopefully this week I'll get in two interval sessions coupled with the commute to work and that should see me set up for this weekends racing.
