So this weekend there's a couple of races on.... one out cookstown direction on Saturday and one in Omagh on Sunday.
I think i'm going to be giving the Cookstown one a good go this weekend..... route is as below:

Apparently is pretty flat with a little bit of rolling in... so could be diffficult to get away on this... but gotta do it! The plan for the rest of the week then will be some intervals on a spin bike tonight... then try and get in 20 milees before work tomorrow and a spin class tomorrow evening.... then try to put my legs up all day on Friday!!
