been really busy in work this past while which has kinda impinged on the training business.... but even so have managed to get a few runs in.... still not getting the fitness back though :-( its taking longer than I thought to build it back up and my wind (heh) isn't what it was....
i'll get there though.

- brakes....
ah the brakes... I would like some blue frm cl2's but dam they are expensive but very pretty.....
